1916 Illinois vehicle registration - Dashboard Disc

I pulled this interesting dashboard disc up this past weekend at an early 1900's farmhouse in Racine, Wi.
Also got a 1906 Injun, Community Plate silver spoon, skeleton key and 6 wheaties in a 3 hour hunt.
Here is the link to the cyberdrive website - 248,400 cars where registered in Illinois in 1916.
Kind of cool.

That's a cool tag! If it's for a motorized bicycle, I would love to dig one of those. Been obsessed with scooters, motorbikes etc. since growing up in the city. I swept floors and cleaned windows for free, just to be able to hang out at "Mini Bike World" on Harlem Ave. Built a motorbike from a 24" Huffy and own a couple Harley Toppers now.
