1907-08 home site....

on the way home the other day my wife stopped to talk to a couple of guys doin a remodle and obtained permission to detect the property....so last night we loaded up to check it out...the owner of the property was there and said that the house was built 1907-08 and has been in his family ever since.....do you see where this is goin? virgin ground....we ?hit it with low batterys and my first dig was a 1923 s wheatie...in good or better shape....then i hit a 74 clad nickle....the wife and boy found a pair of horse shoes and a couple of small trinkets...one with 5 hearts on it....oooo and this was in about an hour....guess where i am going tonight after i close the shop.....

OK we went back for about three hours last night....my wife scored on a 1920 oregon license plate in great shape...and a toy pistol...that was in about 6 or seven pieces...as for me i found a 1948 d wheatie, and a 99 clad penney......there is alot of stuff deep that i am having trouble lockin on to or my detector is giving a false depth....we will be oout there again some time this week...my camera sucks so sorry no pics as of yet.

went out the other night for about 2 hrs....came home with a bag of crap....wife found a clad dime and i found a pair of pliers down about 8 inches....i think we will lay off of it for a while...so total take was 2 wheaties, one clad dime, one clad penney, a toy gun, some brass, 2 bullets, a pair of pliers and 3 horse shoes, and a 1920 licence plate....not to bad i guess....
