Went back to my new favorite park for an evening hunt. Started off pretty slow with just clad and wheat pennies - lots of wheat pennies. An hour into the hunt I found a small silver plated Catholic religious pendant and another hunk of metal I threw in my relic pouch. It was just getting to twilight when I dug a nice deep 87 signal on the Deus, thought it was going to be another wheat penny, but out popped a Barber dime! I called it a night and took it home to wash it off and it turned out to be a beautiful full liberty 1905. Then I remembered about the hunk of "mystery metal" and washed it off too. A crazy looking devil face! So I got an angel and a devil in the same day. Any idea what the devil came off of (maybe a ring) and how old it is?

Very neat finds! The barber is in excellent condition for being lost for 112 years! And that demon face looks pretty old too, maybe it is one of a kind!

Good Find and nice barber!
