Okay these finds are actually three days old, but I was having problems with my PC until today.
My brother scored a permission to hunt an old "mansion" site in a nearby town. He went Sunday and found a few keepers so invited me to his permission to hunt it. A neighboring business to the site had purchased the property and demolished the buildings for a future parking space. When I got there I was a little let down because the land had been scraped down about 10 inches around all the remaining trees. So pretty much all I had to hunt was around the perimeter beside a wrought iron fence and around the trees. I started in the back since my bro said he mainly worked the front. Right off the bat found a few zincolns, then a few older pennies. Started back towards the middle and found a surface/on edge Sacagawea. Walked back to the front of the property to start searching the trees and around tree no. 3 I got a great signal...thought it was a Silver dollar, but out popped this 1904 St. Louis World's Fair Coin. "presented by Missouri Commission...St. Louis Oct, 11. Missouri Building 1904 World's Fair...(back): Missouri Empire State of Louisiana Purchase. Also a few other whatzits...Happy Hunting!!!
Almost forgot the American Susp. Co. buckle...
