****UPDATED****My beautiful fiance' and I decided to attend an Estate Sale Auction last night to see what kind of treasures we may find and low and behold we think we've found some decent ones! Any help in identifying or determining the value of any of these items would be fantastic.

1. 1902 Silver Dollar (coin is in a plastic protective case)
2. 1944 Military Medal
3. Military Cuff Links (gold plated maybe?)
4. Misc. Sterling Silver (some with stones but not sure what kind)
5. S.J. Webb Personal Business book. SJ was the inventor of the cotton compress as well as about 200 other inventions from what I found. This book contains letters to people and businesses regarding the cotton compress. Some letters detail information on how the compress works and others are hand written business deals/contracts. Then there are a few pages in which it appears he was practicing his signature with different writing styles.

Thanks!!

UPDATED - After much research I have found a home for this book at Louisiana State University....turns out they are the ones who have writings on SJ Webb.

its a nice find... in nice shape...

but a good conduct medal mean you stayed out of trouble for the first few years of your military career. pretty easy on to get.

the frog ring is sterling silver and it values around 40 to 50 dollars

Thanks everyone! Just an update on the book...I am working with the South Historical Collection Library on the University of North Carolina South Campus as well as the Tenn. Cotton Museum to get more info on the book and to potentially find a good home for it.
