The glass is nearly flawless inside and on the surface as well as very clear, which should be an indication of a more modern glass making process. :icon_scratch:

Appears to be a small vase, possibly for flowers. Maybe early 20th century or so, rather than 18th century. :)

Art glass vase. Hand blown and formed, applied ring on the neck it appears.
No way I would even try and date this from a photo.
Nice glass.
