My son got a metal detector for Christmas and dug up this awesome dime in extremely good condition. What do you think of it please let me know.

That is a very nice find, and it is reasonably valuable due to the condition. Can't really fix an accurate grade on it due to the pictures. Maybe scan it and post those pictures and you'll get plenty jumping in with a fairly accurate grade.

That's a nice find ! I don't believe the condition warrants getting it slabbed however - According to the Redbook it's a $280. coin in fine condition
( not the $45. suggested by Leviathanrick) I think you have closer to a VG. grade - and it does look like you've polished it - in that grade it's not
the greatest crime ever committed on a coin !!
