Went to an old rr station that was in service from 1891 -1901
Found the following
2 suspenders with a patent date of Dec 21 1886. Looked up the patent date on the patent website and the patent for these was issued to a B. O. Foster of Mansfield, OH.
1 bottle top 'Curtice Bros., Rochester, New York. This also had a patent date on it. Sep. 25, 1888. Issed to the Curtice Bros. Co. for this type of screw top. This company bottled fruits and vegetables and apparently was a big distributor of such nationwide at this time.
Multiple shell casings that date to the late 19th century. A couple were from the early 20th century.
A couple of shtogun shell headstamps that also date to the late 19th century.
A bullet.
A live drop that dates to 1873.
A rivet.
A glove rivet. 'Saranac Glove Co.', but I don't know if it's old or not.
1 bottle top with no writing on it.
So while I didn't find any good, old coins or tokens, I did find some nice old relics.
