copy -- clearly its marked as such--- why no y --I do not know "y" --not much in the way of value as a copy its worth a few bucks

Those who make copies don't necessarily follow the rules and spell things out. My money would be on it being a copy.

Test with a magnet. This appears to be a copy made in the USA after the Hobby Protection Act.

they are non magnetic. they almost look like real coins with cop. stamped on them but ? why

It is a copy made after the Hobby Protection Act of 1974 that required COPY to be stamped on it.

chances are excellent with it being a copy its not real 90 % silver either.
