I couldn't wait any longer! I had to get out and dig today despite the 30 degree blustery weather. There is an old house site I had my eye on since last November and I decided today was the day. After about 15 mins, I pulled the Indian head, thrilled at the 1865 date. Hit a few modern coins & some junk then got a strong signal which proved to be the seated dime 1876 CC. I eyeballed a few old busted up bottles & kicked them around, a beautiful blue marble peeked out at me from the edge of the pile. Nothing else in that mini trash pile but I think i'm going back with a screen next time. So far 2023 has the makin's of a good year!

Congrats on the great finds !
Carson City coins are scarce this far East - I found my first one last Spring here in Ohio.
