No, sadly I didn't find this...A buddy of mine went to an auction and picked up a few of these Civil War discharge papers. He didn't want all of them, so I bought one off of him. I bought it off him for about $40. A price like that was really worth it to be able to own an awesome piece of history like this!
Also, notice the doctor's notes on the side of the document in red ink, stating that the soldier suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh.
