1864 quar. dol.

found a 1864 quar. dol. today hunting a yard in town coin is very gouged up and very worn i cant really tell what pic is on front but it has a large eagle on back and date is 1864 or 1854 not to sure on wich one. but it beats my 1896 indian head i found before christmas as my oldest coin found !!!! also i found a lipstick tube that is copper it says dorothy perkins dist. new york, st. louis across side. grEAT DAY TODAY !!!! (I KNOW PICS SUCK LOL SORRY )

Way to go, Mick. I bet you are upset about the terrible weather in Indiana. We hunted for six or seven hours yesterday. This is unheard of in the Hoosier state. I told my buddies, it can stay like this, till it gets warm. Hope we don't get clobbered later because of this amazing weather. Keep after it.
