1863 Civil War Token

Found this coin in a can with other coins. My 99 yr old mother in law gave me the coins. Has anyone heard anything about Civil War Tokens. A coin dealer told that was the name of them but did not give me any more info. Hope the pics will help out. Thanks Shane

1863 ANDREW JACKSON/OUR UNION CIVIL WAR TOKEN. There are several listed on Ebay.
