I'm by means no expert in grading. Just from looking at the Coin and grading it from the ANA Grading standards book, I believe it to be a Fine 12 to VF Coin.

In the redbook, the value of a Fine coin is $32 and in VF condition its $50. Now just by looking at the coin, I believe for it to be sold around $40. That is just me though.

Exactly where I would put it.

I think I am gonna sell it........

Goes4, I think a lot of the damage to this coin is enviromental. To bad too, becuase I think there is actually very little wear on the coin. I would say this coin was in the ground after it was just circulated. Like I told you this year doesn't really go up in price till MS grade. Then it fetches a pretty penny. Surprising how a 150+ year old coin stay down in value.
