Dutch East Indies; like this one or a similar design in various denominations. Check weight and diameter then compare with those offered here:

As its not a rare coin & its nearly toast, I would pay nothing for it. Its not collectable in that condition.

Thanks for your replies. I found out that it is a Netherlands East Indies 1/8 Stuiver worth about $5. Not bad.
