1821 very thin copper???

Dug this today---It rang up as foil.
It is very thin and I almost pitched it , thinking it was part of a lid.
After washing it I could see a faint imprint.
40 minutes in the tumbler with water and a little vinegar brought out the detail.
I am thinking maybe a french coin. :dontknow: :icon_scratch:

I think it was struck by "Ferdinand III, Grand Duke of Tuscany". He apparently ruled Tuscany from 1790-1801, and then again 1814-1824. As for the coin itself, I can't say? I know the Quattrino is an old Italian currency. I'll keep looking!
