I was going through some of my past finds and came across this 1813 LC.I even remember exactly were i found it ! found it the same day that i found my first chicken colonel button about 5 years ago.Looked it up and found that there were 418,000 minted and that it could be worth quite abit. What do y'all think it could be worth ?

No, it is 1813. The Classic head design was only made from 1808 to 1814. It would be hard to put a value on it though with the rough surfaces and corrosion. AG retail is listed at $60, but I don't know how this one would pan out.

I agree. Even though the mintage seems low, you have to understand that in 1813 the population of the U.S. was approximately seven million people. Neither the need, nor the ability to mint coinage was as great as it is today. The dollar figure is probably about right. Might be a candidate to try to clean up a bit.
