1812 Halfpenny "TIFFIN" Token and a dandy button.

Today I put in two more hours at the Church Filed. Not much to show. The finds are getting a little bit more scarce. I did manage an 1812 Canadian Halfpenny "TIFFIN" Token and a nicely designed Dandy button. When I dug the button I could see the backside of the button with the shank and was praying for another G.W. Button but.......better luck next time.

You are not wrong about the Dandy buttons getting your heart pumping. This one more so than others. I dug my second G.W. Button about 75 feet away, 5 days earlier! I am still looking for the other three.
