1800's barn finds

I was at my moms friends house built late 1780s. There is a 1800s barn on the property w a dirt floor.. It was so completely cluttered and only dug one thing... Which will be in the pics below. I also found some weird wooden face. And also china pieces. Two pieces look different than the one. I believe the unique one is older. But does anyone know what the metal thing is Found in the yard under and HUGE willow tree.

The last one looks to be a strap end, are there rivets through it?

I don't think there are rivets.. What is a strap end? It looks like it could have hung from a leather strap around an animals neck or something. Is there a way to clean? If there was any writing on it id imagine it is no where near readable
