better change that to $18.50 equals $40.50. my Friday routine of buying nics, dimes and qtrs. I ask the teller to order a box of halfs for next week. she says she has $18.50 in 1 customer roll and 17 loose. you betcha I'll take 'em. the loose are clad, but the roll----not so much, just listed them on Ebay IMG_0005.JPGIMG_0007.JPGIMG_0009.JPGIMG_0011.JPG

selling so quick? why not wait till you can sell a roll? either way, great finds.

Yeah, buddy... four 40s after fees and shipping...you might as well hold on to them...

so how does $18.50 equal $24 or $18.50 equal $40.50? You got 4 40%, correct? $16.50 in clad plus $12 in silver = $28.50

I'm lost.

40% halfs in MS63 are REDBOOK at $8. these are EF to AU, I set start bid at $6, charge $1.69 to ship with my cost at $.98 postage, $.30 paypal transaction fee and $.30 bubble pack envelope. ebay paypal fee of 12.9% is $.99, if sold at $6 my net is $5.11 minus the fiddy cent of course. my LCS is currently buying qtrs. at $3, 40% halfs at $4.50, dimes at $1.25. have over 200 war nics and 110 Rosies I will sell for melt if AG ever stops playing dead at $21.

1967 PCGS Graded AU55 SMS Kennedy Half Dollar | eBay

A 1967 PCGS GRADED AU55 SMS KENNEDY HALF DOLLAR sold a week ago for $5.50. I dont think you will get $6 for your halves, but crazier things have happened on eBay. Good luck!

For as educated and detailed as that response seemed...all i can say is No. Your lcs is Not buying 40% halves for $4.50...
If they were, you should be buying 40%s on ebay by the truckload and selling them to them

and you will Not get $7.69 for a common 40%...

Ya if youre lcs is paying $4.50 a 40% you wouldnt be wasting your time selling them on ebay- if its really truly lewta all go in together- we will all sell you our 40% for $4.00 then you sell them for $4.50- youll make a butt load while helping your tnet community make some $$$ on their 40%

just keep stacking, just keep stacking, stacking stacking stacking
