wondering what the value might be in good condition thanks for any help.
US dollars weren't minted until 1794. If you have a Spanish real PO8 I don't have the value for it. A 1794 dollar in full good condition is shown in the Numismatic News price guide from December 2004 at $26,000 valuation. exanimo, ss

Can't get a good look at it as the picture is small, but I am guessing the initial post is a typo? & that it is a 1917 Walking Liberty Half?? If it says it is a dollar or the date really does say 1791, then it is one of those worthless Chinese fakes that are selling on Ebay like hotcakes like that 1804 dollar that someone had posted a news story about on here a little while ago.
Bunch of varieties for that date depending on if and where it has a mintmark, so here goes.? (my price book is about 4 years old, so maybe add a $ to the numbers below)

Good condition:
1917? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?$ 3.50
1917-D Obverse mintmark:? 14.00
1917-D Reverse mintmark:? ?9.00
1917-S Obverse mintmark:? 17.00
1917-S Reverse mintmark:? ? 4.00

The Pic is a WALKING LIBERTY HALF or one of the new Bullion Silver Dollars & is his Avatar I'm shure. I believe he is talking about a Spanish Reel
