20 Spanish is nothing to shake a stick at! Congrats...I'm still looking for a half real.

Nice find! Keep adding to that total!

Nice spanish, 20 is a lot for NJ :o you guys usually slay the coppers but I'm guessing you have a room full :laughing7:

Mark,

Great find, usually in SJ all we find is the copper, but you did a great job here!

Nice going on the silver.. I am looking forward to getting out with you guys this weekend!

not really steve o i been digging in and around central/south jersey since 95 i got 36 pcs so far and counting. but bucks county is really the best place for coppers even chain cents

Great job...I have to make my way down to south jersey one of these days. I have three Spanish silvers under my belt - one milled and two cobs. Only two are from NJ.

NJ

Mark awesome spanish! Your tearing it up this year. Hopefully we score on saturday.

20 Spanish is a pretty good number and one I'm closing in one myself. But it took me 11 years to do it, and will probably take twenty more to get the next 20 at the rate I dig them now. The thing is once you have so many they're cool to dig but something different is nice and what I prefer.

Nice score for sure.. your on a roll.. congrats..

Nice Reale ...congrats!

went out and hunted with good buddy Jim down in sj farm fields 1st signal dug in field was this nice Spanish silver. 1790 1/2 is my 20th Spanish silver since ive been in jersey. Well HH Mark

Without giving away any secrets... Would you mind telling the environmental conditions that this was found? A homesite/farm/field/other? What city/town is it near? Just trying to see how close to my own backyard that stuff like this is being dug up. (I'm in Paulsboro). If any of you SJ guys ever want a "newbie" tagging along, I would love to meet up for a hunt some time. [email protected] or pm me, please.

I only have one under my belt, but when you look at the area I do most of my detecting, I don't think its half bad!

Jerseyben found in farm field very close to your neck of the woods.
