Got out yesterday for a couple hrs at a site that is late 1700's. Records show this name coming to this twp in 1790 and that fits with the finds coming out. My first ever 1790-1810 US/British Naval cufflinks!

Tons of dandy and tombac buttons out of here So far yet no period coins.....yet.

Looks like a good, old site. Nice finds, you better get back out there!
 

I think I see an anchor on the cufflinks. I found one like that too. I don't know whether they are military. Mine came from a site containing Revolutionary War and War of 1812 uniform buttons.
