Great finds, and photos!? Love hi-res...? :)

I hate to be the anal-typo person, but the Barber dime photo is 1906, not '03 like the text, and is the nickel an '05?? But it's the best coin photo I've ever seen, really nice detail.

Nice finds. Your grounds look as harsh as mine are here. There should be something older around. Your going to have to keep digging all that trash to find it.

Keep up the good work Jeremy

Really great finds!!!!

;)

Thanks all.....

Jake.....I actually tried wetting it just before I layed it down to take its picture...and in the light it was in....it worked!!

Sugar....see how excited I was!!??? ?thanks.....i corrected them of course? :)

Jer ... the ground here in the Hudson Valley, NY is indeed coarse and hard on coins.

I'll post the flip sides of the same coins......tonight? :)

Nice finds!

That water thing worked quiet good! I have a thing called "Coin Care" that does the same thing but doesnt make the surface look wet, and it stays on forever.

Great digs, WTG!!!
Them are some great pics.. What camera do ya use? I'm looking to buy one here shortly, and know nothing about any of the newer models... As long as I could get pics that are atleast good as those I would be happy... ;D
Good luck & Happy hunting~

Hey Leon...the camera that I use is a Fugi FinePix .... and I just bought their newest model (at Best Buy) their F440 for $179 .... easy to use digital....4 megapixel and 3X optical zoom....as you can see it's closeup work (macro) is rather sharp too......good luck!!!

Thanks for the info, GoingDown, I will keep that in mind... Definitely looks to take some nice clear, crisp pics...
The price is within my budget also,,, cool... ;D
Good luck & Happy hunting~
