This is the last of the coins I've sorted through that I can't figure out. I think the large silver one is from Egypt and the coin in the last picture I was thinking Russia. Date starts with 17 can't read last 2 digits. Any help is appreciated.

2, 3, 5 are figured out.

the Bohemian Lion in the center looks like a 1582 Austrian coin as well. On reverse is Maley Gross above the date. that's a nice one.

Here is what I GUESS some of the coins and tokens may be
id coins.jpg
The last coin shown, in the holder, looks to be a 1700's Austrian coin.

The text is very small in the photo so click on the photo to zoom in.

Bottom coin may be this type. Might need to know weight (g) and diameter (mm) to determine denomination;otherwise:
93_1730_denga.jpg
OBVERSE: Eagle in plain field
REVERSE: Value DENGA and date 1730 on cartouche;
EDGE: Wire-gauzed
COIN DIAMETER: 25mm
COIN WEIGHT: 8,19g
COIN METAL: Copper (Cu)
MINTS: Ekaterinburg and Moscow

The coin to the right of the 1812-1912 anniversary medal is a Napoleonic medal. On the obverse is Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm of Prussia who played a big role in the war. On the reverse is the phrase "ruhm und sieg" which means glory and victory. The medal is from sometime after the war ended with liberation being won, that was 1814. This example is brass but not sure what yours is. In the future I suggest doing just 2 or 3 coins at a time ,back and fronts. Otherwise put them on a piece of paper where you can write a number next to each so they can be checked off and avoid duplicated work and confusion looking at them. A lot of nice examples of coin and medals you got.:thumbsup:

Ok I took your suggestion and added numbers and 2 other tokens. I think the medal is brass as well, just very dark and slightly pitted, some of the color shows through.

This is the only price reference I can find for the HK-168. 1893 Chicago Dollar, IL HK-168, MS63 PL NGC Anyone else able to find prices?
Obviously that token surpassed the HIBLER&KAPPEN(HK)2008 REVISED PRICE GUIDE..But U.S.Coinage&related have risen greatly over the yrs.Plus the old saying"WHATEVER SOMEONE WANTS TO PAY FOR IT"...So in a sence this revision is not accurate!!! But i'll post anyway...HAPPY HUNTING ALL!!!
