Can't identify the coin. It may not be a coin. It may be a medal.

DEO SIMILIS translates to "like God" or "God-like". I suspect the word before DEO may be HUMEROSQUE.

So most of the inscription visible seems to be Latin.

Here is what the first picture reads as, unable to get more than a few letter off the other side

oshvmerosqve.dfo.similis

:tard: << Chug Is there anything I can look at on the reverse side For A better ID???? I can Make out Some detail and Writing!!! using Our 10 power loop!!! Just let me know where to Start!!!! ;D ;D ;D

I just got that with a google search, so I'm not aware of other sites. Try googling parts of the motto, "jeton", and combinations of the maker and the reign. Most of it is French, so I can't navigate the sites easily. With a bit of determination, you might be able to find a description. I just posted that site since it had a similar image. Jetons are out of my expertise, but Crusader or some of the other hunter from Europe may be of more help. They normally hang out on the what is it? forum

I have Spent Many hours Looking for this No luck yet!!! I will Keep trying as I Have Time!!!! Thanks Chug

Os is Latin for mouth, as in medical talk PO-Per Os, which means - by mouth.

The legends will read: OS HVMEROSQVE DEO SILILIS and HENRICVS IIII FRANC ORVM ET NAVAR.
The 'N' that apears after the '6' in the date is part of "NB" standing for Nicolas Briot who was the engraver-general (chief engraver) at the Monnaie de Paris (Paris Mint) from 1605. The last two digits of the date (probably '08') follow the "B".

I believe you'll find this jeton listed as number 582 on page 114 here:
http://books.google.com/books?id=ss...CVS. IIII. FRANCORVM. ET. NAVAR. REX"&f=false
