Hello treasure hunters!
Earlier this spring- 2021, I decided to finally get a metal detector as the time was right for me and It's been the best thing I've experienced in a long time.
It's been a roller coaster ride and perhaps sometime I will tell the tale but for now my best find...
So I got my detector and as I was able to go out I started in the yard, then parks in my immediate area.
My first real day out to a vacant lot in the nearby town with a couple hours of daylight left I pull this 14k Gold ring out of the ground !
I feel very fortunate but then again, and on a side note - I also rolled Yatzy ( Five of a kind dice ) on my very first roll ever trying the game and never to repeat so I hope this is not the same as I have always blamed it on not playing much but I digress...

The Attachments show the ring and the spot I found it, It was in an old flower bed - I suspect some gentlemen lost it gardening for the Mrs...
