13 Proof Box

Picked this box up this morning. I didn't bother checking for enders but there wound up being 3. I always enjoy finding proofs, so this was quite a thrill. I had only found 11 proofs in the past 2 years and found 13 in this one box today. All clad but still a great day's hunt. HH!

Personally I think an album of nothing but proofs would make a really outstanding bragging display. I am a long ways from that goal, and no few of my proofs have 'character' for lack of a better word.

Interesting, I found a box last week with 7 AG and 11 clad proofs. All in great condition. I keep all proofs that I find. I think I am at around 120 and should have a complete album. More impressive is the commemorative proofs. I am lucky enough to have found 6 different with many multiples of the 86'

I have yet to find a silver proof other than the bicentennial 40% I found a couple months ago. Would looooove to find a 90% proof.

I had a box Friday that had 10 Proofs and or Commemoratives. I took them to my LCS and traded them for Franklins. It was a fun box.
