Howard and I started hunting a farm in Greencastle, PA and 5:00 this morning.
Civilman1 joined us around lunchtime.
I found an old spoon, what looks like a civil war rifle tool (not sure), wire, nails, chains and, my arch nemisis.........plow tips.
Howard wanted to call it a day, so civilman1 and I went to a construction site in Williamsport, MD.
I got iron junk and........plow tips.
Civilman1 has earned a new name..........Briar Rabbit! That man was so deep into the briars, Boaldly going where no man has gone before, well, maybe a couple hundred years ago. That man gave enough blood to keep the Red Cross supplied for awhile. And reaped the benefits. But that is his story to tell.
Enjoy the photos.

Wish I could have part of the whole twelve hour's TY...Again thank's for the invite.I need to check out that CW atlas to see about the first farm now I know where it's at.We'll find it eventually, just a matter of time.Had a good time out there....Thank's and HH

I found the siverware date.
The company only made that silverware for one year and then went out of business. 1935 :( Not civil war, but I'll keep it.
