dejapooh said:Mexican silver is VERY collectable. A quick search shows that it was made in Guadalajara (the triangle tells us that). The eagle with the 50 in it is the Maker's Mark. If you can find a copy of "The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks: Hecho en Mexico" I believe you will find out who Eagle 50 is on page 162 (that page is not included in the on line version of the book).
