Took the day off work today to do some beach hunting after Sandys waves pounded the gulf coast for the last several days. Got to the beach at low tide and quickly realized it was still too rough to get in the water. A little bummed, but still put my head down and started working some low areas on the edge. After 2 1/2 hours I mustered an assortment of goodies. The chain is silver 12 grams. The ring is 22K, 4.1g stamped 916(my first 22K). The little gold colored stud earing is 18k stamped, .8g. All in all a succesful hunt!

Good haul of the silver and gold....odds are your 916 gold is Asian or East Indian....they're big on high karat gold....wtg.
