Cant read the fine print.
1) what does it say on the back cover and on the band
2) tear everything apart and weigh in grams.

I have seen 10K 1/10th & 1/20th
most of the time the band tops are GF and the hinge part is steel

let me know answer to Q1 & 2 and then I can hopefully give you

I collect men's wristwatches and started with collecting Gruens, Elgins and the like. $15 is good in my book if it is running and has little wear/pitting to the case. Great find!
