A buddy of mine found this ring detecting yesterday. We know its british hallmarks and made in Birmingham but we were wondering if anyone recognized the maker “T.C.J & S” and a possible age guess of the ring? Also when 10k was stamped on older british gold usually to be exported because they usually had there own purity mark? Hope someone here can help. Thanks! [emoji2][emoji106]

NICE find, Im gonna take a loooong shot and say TCJ&S STERLING otherwise known as T C JOHNSON & SONS
Halifax, Nova Scotia. c. 1850s/1920s. They mostly concentrated on silver but had other jewelry as well.. I dont know the age but it would be between those dates if it is from them...
