Went back to the dump today after scoring some big silver from there yesterday. Was not expecting it, but in a completely different part of the place I found another piece of treasure. This time it was Sterling, higher purity silver than the 90% I found yesterday, but this artifact was crushed and torn up beyond recognition. I bent it back to its original shape as best I could but I'm still not sure what it is supposed to be. I think it may be a candle holder as there is some melted wax in it. Weighs in at 107.9 grams (3.45 Troy Ounces) of 92.5% Sterling Silver! I think I'll cut it up and make the fancy decorated parts into ornaments or pendants for necklaces or earrings. :icon_king:

I knew it was silver just by touching it but then I also spotted the "925" stamp on the bottom:

Nice large silver recovery!

You're on another run with the silver, congrats on the latest addition.

Almost like finding 3 Morgan Dollars. Great eye!
