Some kind of flange if it doesn't have threads inside, perhaps for an early toilet? Now the flanges are all made of wax or vinyl plastic. But I think most of the toilet flanges were made of lead, so??? Monty

Aha! With no threads, Im thinking possibly babbit metal bearing. ...just a wild guess.
Is it scored on the inside? Can we see a good clear pic of the bottom? Use good lighting, watch the shadows and use your macro setting.
