100 Star Note

I received this today when i was returning A BUNCH of half dollars.
Its a 1996 Star note Serial AA03745358 then the star and under the AA is has A1 it is a series 1996 Has it looks like Mary ellen someone on one side as treasurer and robert E as secretary. Curious if it is worth holding.

Also are the old 100's worth holding onto they are mid 70's or are all the small face 100's worth holding thanks for any advice.

I have a book that list bills. It list the 100 dollar bill of 1996 as having "Withrow" and "Rubin". Are these the signatures on the bill? It could be worth $165.00 if its the right one. Can you post a picture of it? Also yes 1970s bills are more rare and can bring a nice premium. Mostly depends on the shape of a particular bill. The more crisp and lack of creases ect. the better.
