I had to make a trip back home to Georgia for a few days and stopped at some Wachovias that were open. I came up empty on several but hit one that had 21 rolls in vault. I said I would take them and saw they were all same-wrapped except for 2. When I got in the car, I saw one of the two was a really OLD type of wrapper I remember as a kid and felt good about that one, so I went to a secluded spot and took some before and during pics. That roll gave up 17 silver (that solid roll will come eventually) and 3 1971's, so my guess is that was about when roll was wrapped. I pulled out:
(4) 64's
(12) 40%
(1) 1970 S proof coin (our first proof, wondered why we never found a `70)
Among the other rolls, I was afraid they were dumps, but pulled 12 more 40% out for a total of 29 silvers. Got another 6 skunk rolls at anothe branch on way home, not a bad way to end a trip.
