1 piece shank button and musket ball.(colonial?)

The first one, is not a button, maybe a popper fastener.
The pewter thing maybe a button but its not that ID'able.

Seems a bit heavy imo to not be lead.
Pewter and its variants are a lead-alloy.

So if you are not sure of the mix, a lead-alloy covers it. (most 'pure' lead is far from it when you look at the chemical level)

Do you think this is a musket ball? it looks to be a fired one due to the deformation of it

appears some were made of a lead-tin alloy or pewter when lead was scarce.. Opinions on this?
