Only 1.5 mil?
well duh, doesn't you know a good deal, when it's a good deal....

..."UNIQUE" 100 acres associated placer gold claim...(probably diamonds and PGE'S there)

..."HISTORICAL" mining area...(you'd be buying history...museums and collectors pay big bucks for history.)

To be frank, I haven't and wont check that link...but I'm sure there's mention of "proven" reserves and a picture of a gold pan with a pile of 1/4 - 1/2 oz. nuggets in it...

(visions of nuggets, oh my...my 401k is good for half the purchase price...I'm sure my banker will float the rest when he sees the pictures of nuggets.)

...one thing though...the "Associated placer claim"...100 acres= 5 associates/owners.... are all 5 in ill health ?...

the common denominator, is 5 guys in ill health and connected to a claim...my likely assumption is the claim is contaminated and caused their ill heath and... should be declared a super fund site...

to protect the populous, I'm emailing that link to the CDC to give them a heads up...Can't be to careful in this day and age after the corona virus thingy...
