Got out and did some park fishing which is always a blast. George lost his head and the other half is either still hiding, or someone else has it. Also caught a couple mercs (1923, 1926), a 1944 war nickel, 4 wheats, and a bullet knife that works. Maybe I'll use it to clean silver in the field? The catch of the day though was a 1908 V nickel, that I Lesched of course!

Always hate it when I "Lesch" an otherwise perfectly nice coin. Sorry to see when happened to poor ole George. Too bad you couldn't find the rest of him.... Very nice finds.
