$1 Bill with a Crown on it

I was just wondering if any of you could tell me about the crown with the C.T. printed on a dollar bill means and is it worth anything? I've never seen one before. I got it in with my change yesterday. It looks to be really and the crown and the C.T. appear to be printed onto the bill. I'm wondering if its a counterfeit or if its the real deal with some hidden meaning? Hopefully its worth more then a dollar. Its a regular US $1 bill. 2003 series. The Crown is between George's face and the green seal. Its right even with George's eyeballs. Thanx for any help you guys can give me. Swizzle
