xlt coils

XLT stock coil too tiring: options? Hello Gentlemen, this is my first post here. I own a White's XLT since 2003 and I am very happy with it, but I found the stock coil ( broad scan 25 cm) too heavy and tiring after 2/3 hours detecting at the beach. Now I was wondering to acquire a smaller coil...

I was just curious what coil folks prefer to use on their Eagle Spectrum or Xlt. I have the stock 950 coil and a Blue Max 6 incher. I heard a lot of people like to use an 8 inch coil.
