I think I'm done with trying to find things in the sand at my beach. It's a popular one and probably over-detected. At least, I've found nothing but junk in the sand so far. In the water, however, is a different story. It's not canvassed nearly as much, and honestly, I think I'll find more there...

I feel like its a copper penguin wind chime though i could be wrong. There is a hole in the top that had a something like fishing line tied to it but it fell off. Width: 2 inches Height: 1 Inch Thick: 20mm thick Thanks in advance for your answers.
