This is a Pat. 1893 B.G.I. Co. Echo '620' whistle that I excavated on May 8th 2023 from a 1924-capped landfill. The mouthpiece is curved to rest on the user's lip. It still works despite being buried for a minimum of 99 years.

1. Tooled blob C. V. Garrison Flushing L.I. made by the Karl Hutter bottling works in 1908.

I wish I could say I found these myself but they have been handed down in my family with most recently my wife receiving them. It would mean the world to me if you guys can help us solve the mystery as to what type of whistles these are exactly. I’ll check in here as often as I am able...
