This is a 1910-1920's era British scotch whiskey bottle. It was hand tooled and has an applied top. James Buchanan was a member of the House of Lords and was good friends with King George V.
Anyone know what these are? I think they are whiskey bottle, and i think they are orginal, I've looked up Wheaton NJ horse bottles and they don't look anything like the fake.
