Does anyone recognise this signature on a vintage "Fly Navy" U71 Hydroplane poster? Found this Atlas U71 " Go Navy", "Fly Navy" poster. I this this is a hydroplane. There's a signature / autograph on it. Ya think... Bill Muncey? Any guesses?
