Hey everyone,
Found this in my yard today when raking. The stone is pretty light and very hard - rhyolite? Edges are super sharp. Appreciate your thoughts.
I found this grindstone while metal detecting in Eastern NC. I also found a few archaic period artifacts nearby. On closer inspection I noticed intersecting lines / channels and notching along some of the channels. I would appreciate any feedback on whether the marks represent run of the mill...
I’m hoping this is an arrowhead or scraper of some kind. One side is flat or even a little concave while the other is a more rounded and comes down to a sharp edge one one side. The other edge is flat. I found it by the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta, Ga. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I found this cool boot scraper at a garage sale. I paid $45 for it. Can anyone tell me if I got a good deal on it? I can't seem to find any exactly like it to compare.
Thanks for any help you can give
.
