This was found buried in a field in Washington County Pennsylvania about 3 inches or so down. Very rusted. Looks like iron maybe. What do you guys think it is? Thank you in advance!

I dug this up earlier today near my grandmothers homestead, roughly 5 inches underground. It gave off an iron signal so I am taking an educated guess and saying that it is made of iron. Very rusty and the two prongs seem to be different lengths. The object is roughly 6 inches long...
Any ideas here? Maybe some old nails? I think one piece looks like part of an horseshoe but I have no idea... I'm most curious about the ones I put on the rock. Thanks:)
