Found this on the Santa Ynez trail, still getting familiar with natural erosion patterns. The depression gets wider on one end, which is where my doubt lies. Otherwise it’s pretty symmetrical. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Take a Glass Bottom boat Ride of Monterey Bay from the Old Fishermans Wharf to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. On our ride we see Sea Otters, Harbor Seals, California Sea Lions, and Cormorants. we pass the Breakwater loaded with Seals and Cormorant's on our way along the Famous Cannery Row.
