I went out to my 1830s farm site for a couple hours after a good rain storm. It's been awhile since I have been out digging with the drought here. I tried going out a couple days ago but the ground was so hard I could barely get my shovel in the ground. The 1864 IHC is the best one I've found...

Finds are getting a little scarcer at the 1830s farm site. I've started digging more of the iron using the iron audio on AT Pro and expanding my search area a bit. I did find a 1942 wheat cent in a modern coin spill which was an odd coincidence. I am not sure what the iron rod with the slot...

Went back to the 1830s farm site for a couple hours this afternoon and found some more flat buttons. The largest one I found is a match to three others I have found there in the past. I also found another round ball. I lost one of the flat buttons I found so I guess I'll have to go back again...
